1. Product Availability & Ordering

All beef sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion. Orders are not final until we receive your deposit and confirm availability.

2. Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your bulk beef order. Final payment is due before the time of pickup. Pricing may vary based on weight and final processing.

3. Custom Butchering

We work with a local beef packing processor. You may choose your custom cut preferences, but once submitted, changes may not be possible. O & L Farms is not responsible for processor errors or delays.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Buyers are responsible for timely pickup once processing is complete. We will provide scheduling information in advance. Failure to pick up may result in forfeiture of your order and deposit.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Because we raise each animal specifically for your order, cancellations after reservation may not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be considered in rare, case-by-case circumstances.

6. Use of Website

All content on this website is the property of O & L Farms and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

O & L Farms is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to, delivery delays, website errors, or product availability.
