Refund Policy

At O & L Farms, we raise our beef specifically for each customer, which means we operate on a reservation basis with limited inventory. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

Once your order has been placed and your deposit received, we commit to raising, processing, and preparing your beef based on your specifications. Because this is a perishable and custom product, final payments are also non-refundable once the animal has been sent for processing.

However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you are unable to complete your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
